Fettuccine Alfredo with Roasted Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients
12 oz fettuccine pasta
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp dairy-free butter (sub with olive oil or avocado oil)
6 cloves garlic
1 - 6oz container Shire’s cheese
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 head of broccoli cut into bite-size pieces, removing large stalk pieces (sub 1 bag frozen broccoli if desired)
Instructions
Set oven to broil. Cook pasta according to the directions on the box.
Add broccoli to a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, set in oven for 5-10 minutes until light brown on top.
Alfredo sauce: Heat a sauce pot over medium heat. Mix the butter and flour, add garlic, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add milk and cheese. Stir until creamy and lower heat about 3 minutes.
Drain pasta and toss with the Alfredo sauce. Stir. Gently add in roasted broccoli. Enjoy!
I ordered every flavor and love them so much. They are supremely tasty. Even my not so vegan husband prefers them over the Philly stuff ;) We also tried the ravioli and they are superior as well. Will be ordering again for sure.
