Cheesy Roasted Cranberry Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 ½ c fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 - 6 oz container Shire’s Plain cream cheese
- 3 tbsp real maple syrup
- 1 tbsp shallot, chopped
- ½ tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 frozen pizza crust
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Combine cranberries, syrup, shallot, thyme, and salt in a shallow baking pan. Roast 15 minutes until mixture bubbles, stir once in between.
- Spread mixture on crust. Scoop and drop small balls of cheese onto flatbread using two forks.
- Bake on oven rack until crust edges are lightly browned, 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chives and serve.
