Cheesy Roasted Cranberry Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 - 6 oz container Shire’s Plain cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp real maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp shallot, chopped
  • ½ tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 frozen pizza crust
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Combine cranberries, syrup, shallot, thyme, and salt in a shallow baking pan. Roast 15 minutes until mixture bubbles, stir once in between.
  • Spread mixture on crust. Scoop and drop small balls of cheese onto flatbread using two forks.
  • Bake on oven rack until crust edges are lightly browned, 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chives and serve.
