Pear, Arugula, and Carmelized Onion Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 plant-based pizza crust
- ¼ cup cornmeal
- 1 container of Shire’s Plain Cream Cheese
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 1 red pear, thinly sliced
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar glaze
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Set oven to 475 degrees.
- In a medium sauté pan add a drizzle of olive oil and red onions. Sautee for 1-2 minutes, add pear slices, and sauté another 2-3 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set crust on the sheet and drizzle with olive oil and cornmeal.
- Spread on Shire’s Plain Cream Cheese, top with arugula and sautéed onions and pears.
- Cook in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove, let cool, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
