Pear, Arugula, and Carmelized Onion Pizza Recipe Ingredients 1 plant-based pizza crust¼ cup cornmeal1 container of Shire’s Plain Cream Cheese½ red onion, sliced1 red pear, thinly slicedOlive oilBalsamic vinegar glazeSalt to taste Instructions Set oven to 475 degrees.In a medium sauté pan add a drizzle of olive oil and red onions. Sautee for 1-2 minutes, add pear slices, and sauté another 2-3 minutes.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set crust on the sheet and drizzle with olive oil and cornmeal.Spread on Shire’s Plain Cream Cheese, top with arugula and sautéed onions and pears.Cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
